    Awesome, it’s was slow for them but for me at-least got in first in line. One from Reno summit mall. I waited 30 minutes, so I went to different store. Funny right lol.

    I couldn’t appreciate the gentleman at the store more. My iPhone was stuck in a recovery mode, and Nick was able to restore it entirely. The other associate in the store periodically checked on me and my phone to make sure we were on the right track and Nick was able to multitask and help other customers at the same time as helping me and my phone. He was very professional and sent me on my way with a fully working phone again. Thank you so much Nick!
