I couldn’t get anywhere with their phone or chat service and had to go into a store. I’ve had numerous negative customer service issues interactions with Verizon and was prepared to switch carriers but wanted to give the store a change. When I walked in, I was immediately approached by Mike who was able to get my phone switched over and resolve my suspended account. Mike was super cool, and promptly had my new phone up and running. My experience with Mike has changed my opinion of Verizon’s customer service. Mike is an asset to this store as I know a few people who hate to deal with Verizon’s notorious reputation with customer service.
