  I went in today to exchange meta glasses for a different lense and the transaction was a bit complicated because of the promotional offers but Mahmoud and Jinha (sorry if I spelled this incorrectly) were very helpful and informative. They took their time to try different ways to process the exchange and were patient. I rated 4/5 because it was disappointing to know that the promotional offers are not transferrable and I had to pay extra💲for the exchange

  Fantastic experience at Best Buy Express today thanks to Mahmoud. I’m not very tech-savvy, but they took the time to explain the differences between the models I was looking at without using a bunch of jargon. They listened to what I needed the device for and helped me pick the perfect option that actually fit my budget. It’s rare to find staff who are both knowledgeable and patient these days. Highly recommended!"

  Worst customer service. Arushi told us the wrong plan and gave us the wrong plan for an iphone. Upon confronting her she just denied the fact that she ever offered us the other price. When we went there to return the device she went behind in the back office and never came out to help rather sent her coworkers. Dont go to this store. Specially dont take any help from Arushi.
