  Misled About Same Day Repair, Three-Hour Trip Wasted. I called this store directly, confirmed it was the Halifax location, and explained that my iPhone 15 Pro with AppleCare had a dead pixel and glitching along the bottom of the screen. I was told it was a hardware screen issue and booked for a 7:15 PM appointment. On the phone, I clearly stated that I live about 1 hour and 15 minutes away and asked multiple times if my phone would be repaired or replaced that same day if I came in. I was told yes, reassured “don’t worry, just go,” and I relied on those assurances when I decided to drive in. At the appointment, the first employee looked at the phone and told me there is a hardware issue with the screen, then immediately said he would not replace it, adding that he would replace it “if it had water damage” and that I “obviously take care of my stuff so it looks ok.” When I pointed out that the system detected a screen issue, he acknowledged it but still refused to repair it the same day, even after saying he had the part. I then spoke to a second employee and explained exactly what I was told on the phone. He replied that “that is not true, that never happened, nobody would ever tell you that over the phone,” and suggested it was my fault for not coming in sooner, even though I did not choose the 7:15 PM time, it was given to me on that call. The call was on speaker and recorded by my dash camera, so I know precisely what was said. When I asked if I could at least obtain or purchase the replacement part and fix it myself, I was told no and both employees quickly then went into the back room and never returned to continue the conversation. In the end, I drove roughly three hours round trip for a confirmed hardware defect on an AppleCare device that they refused to repair despite having the part in stock, was told the assurances I relied on “never happened,” and was left with no repair, no replacement, and no accountability.

  Store is fine. I typed “ya” and it autocorrected to “no” which completely changed the meaning of my sentence to be 100% incorrect. Brutal for like a $3 trillion company.

  The women who helped me was so awesome really super great! I thought my laptop was a goner and she fixed it right up and was so kind and helpful as I was in full laptop panic mode. 11/10 will be back if I ever am I need again

  Absolutely awful shopping experience. This was my first time trying to switch from Android to iPhone, and I seriously regret it. It took me a while to even find someone to help me in the Apple Store, and when I finally did, the employee started helping me with my purchase only to suddenly walk away in the middle of the order to talk to other customers. He just disappeared! I’ve never seen such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service!!
