They both helped me switch my phone plan over to bell, making the process as easy and quick as possible for me. They answered any questions I had and were super helpful explaining prices and different plans. They also were super pleasant to talk to and were very kind to me! I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to come here!!

Would have saved me a whole $11 - but he was adamant that his manager would be very upset with him if he made the concession. If this is the case, my concern isn't with the associate, it's with the manager. I ended up going to bestbuy in the crossing and getting the sale price honored..... So all's well that ended well.
