    Went there to change my plan asked them what do i need for that they told me i need a piece of id and a physical debit or credit card i said unfortunately my wallet got stolen so i dnt have those . I asked if i bring my passport would that work? He said yes and i went home brought my passport after i did all that when we got into the process of changing my plan he came to know that in order to use my passport he has to see my study or work permit because they need 2 piece of id. Now i need to go back again to bring it whats this ! What kind of service is this i told them i have everything in my phone i know they need to see the hard copy but still they should know atleast they need two piece of id they only told me to get one ! I waited 2 times for my turn and this happened very disappointed. The person who was assisting me was saying " it is what it is " really!

    Don't go to best buy and expect the product you are purchased is a new product or and unopened product with out any missing parts We went to best buy just to purchase a particular product on Christmas eve( instantpot airfry oven) which their website showed 1 in stock, so we asked an rep to help us find it, but they where not able to locate it, and let us know that it might be an error or got stolen or something, so they told us they can place an order for that online which will arrive only after a week, I placed the online order with them even though I was not happy about that situation, because we where really hoping to get the oven and use the rotisserie function for Christmas eve and on the Christmas day with our family. But while going through the website I found another product which have similar functions that I am looking for(Bella pro airfry rotisserie oven) so we decided to cancel the online order and purchase that, and we where very excited to use the function for cooking and very happy we where able to get the oven with the same function we where looking for on that day, I showed the sales rep the picture of the oven and they grabbed it to the check out counter, while finishing up the payments I noticed the box looked like it was handled roughly and open, so I mentioned it to the sales rep who was handling the payments, but they let us know it was it was totally fine. So I trusted them I got home and opened the box it was really disappointing, it was missing the rotisserie bar and the box was clearly opened and used by someone else, it completely spoiled our plans for Christmas eve. And a mistake like this form a company like best buy is unacceptable

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy store on Christmas evening. I went specifically to purchase the Instant Pot Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven because the Best Buy website showed that this item was in stock at this location. That is the only reason I came to the store on Christmas eve . When I asked a customer service associate, she checked and told the item was not available in-store, so we placed an online order instead. However, since we needed the air fryer for Christmas evening cooking, we decided to buy one available in the store and cancel the online order. An associate brought us an air fryer oven from the store. My husband clearly asked her whether the box had been opened and if all parts were inside. She assured us that everything was included. Unfortunately, when we reached home and opened the box, we discovered that the rotisserie stick was missing, which is an essential part of this product. This experience completely ruined our Christmas meal plans, this was a horrible experience, especially on Christmas Eve . Best Buy needs to ensure accurate stock updates and better checks before selling open-box items.
