Managers don’t even care about your money , they just wanna meet their targets. Store managers and sale managers have a same plan to push sales unless they get customers annual memberships . We experienced this after making huge purchase of tv with them. This store employees were so helpful back then around 2-3 years ago but nowadays they just don’t care about your presence and time .

They be like no you can’t do it in the store, you have to ship it. You need a label and everything. They didn’t tell me that when I bought it, they lied so they can make some extra money. I don’t like the service and they also said I applied for the replacement online, but I never did so basically I had to call them and figure out what’s going on. They lied to me at the store and didn’t give me full info about the replacement. Really bad customer service.
