I forgot the girls name who helped with a sim card and setting up my new phone but she was great. Then another lady named Ana was amazing as well. Super friendly with my daughter, helped her to a coloring sheet while I took care of business.

- JMJoseph MolinaJan 29, 20221.0Horrible experience, just stopped by today 1/29/22 There was a sign on the door saying at lunch , waited for them to come back from lunch after an hour a guy walks in and I witnessed another customer try and follow him in and he blocks the door locks and without even a word and then disappears in the back for another 25 minutes. The lady he blocked from coming in was waiting 2 hours with multiple attempts. We were about to switch our family of 4 from T-Mobile and he lost that business. On a positive note the cricket on southern and 528 was able to get us into new iPhones and still ended up switching . Don’t recommend this location!
