I forgot the girls name who helped with a sim card and setting up my new phone but she was great. Then another lady named Ana was amazing as well. Super friendly with my daughter, helped her to a coloring sheet while I took care of business.

Girl at counter is rude and inexperienced as far as answering any questions I had about the phones been with cricket since the day they opened over 15 years!! This location was the most convenient but I guess it was bought out and handed to a bunch of lazy rude little girls! I went to metro saved 100$ and not only do I have me and my wife a new phone but my 11 yr old got one too and still will save 60$ a month and I am so glad because the data that metro provides is by far the best data I have had on a cell phone I don't even need my WiFi unbelievable!! Thanks to the rude snotty little brat I am very satisfied.
