I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to do so. Faye from Verizon store at 4111 Coors Blvd, ABQ, NM, greeted us at the door with a smile and was professional throughout the appointment. I was a bit clueless as to what the differences were with the iphone 17, 17 pro and the17 pro max. She explained the things in Layman's terms, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy the more expensive iphone. I decided on 17 pro max and I love the phone. Faye called the next to to follow up. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family or anybody else in the market for a phone to Faye.

Be aware on Verizon 5G Internet Scam❗️❗️❗️
August 28, 2024, a Verizon representative (Paula or Paulo) came to my home to promote Verizon 5G Home Internet. They strongly encouraged me to switch services and promised discounts or gift cards. I paid $20 to reserve the equipment. Because someone came directly to my home and rang my doorbell, I was cautious and checked their name tag and website before agreeing.
When I turned on the 5G internet box, there was no signal in my area. I never activated or used the service. I went to a Verizon store in late September or early October, where a helpful and responsible employee listened to my full story and contacted customer service for me. I was clearly told that I had 30–45 days to cancel, return the equipment, and that there would be no charge. I returned the box through UPS shortly after. Although I later saw online that the return window mentioned 30 days, I trusted what I was told in the store and threw away my UPS receipt.
Despite returning the equipment, Verizon continued billing me for months for internet service that was never used. I only received confirmation that Verizon received the box on December 17, 2025, even though it had been returned about three months earlier.
On December 19, I returned to the store again because the bills continued and had been sent to CBE Group debt collection. The employee who previously helped me no longer worked there. A younger employee wearing a blue shirt was dismissive and refused to review my account. When I tried to show him the email confirming that Verizon received the equipment on December 17, he took my phone without asking for my permission and scrolled through my emails, which made me very uncomfortable. He wore AirPods, chewed gum, and repeatedly told me to pay the debt collector and leave.
Another employee, older than him, stood next to him and did not try to help or correct the situation. Both employees showed poor attitudes and made me feel disrespected and rushed out of the store instead of assisted.
I am now being charged $112.52 for a service that never worked and was never used. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Verizon promoted a service that does not work in my area, failed to close my account properly after the equipment was returned, delayed confirmation of the return, and then sent incorrect charges to collections.
For a large company like Verizon, this level of misleading sales practices and poor customer treatment is unacceptable. This experience has left me with no trust in Verizon, and I would strongly caution other customers to be careful with Verizon 5G Home Internet and how new customers are handled.

Julian was extremely helpful when no other verizon location was. He goes above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable about promotions, phone specs, and how to handle difficult situations. If youre going to see anybody go and ask for Julian.

These guys get a bad wrap, most of issues are caused by the company, not the people. I've been here 4 times in the past month, at no fault of the staff, but they always took care of me. The only annoying thing is waiting just for everything that needs to be done to have to be handled by the person who just checks people in. They were not doing anything anyway, why make us wait just for the person who was doing nothing the whole time to have to do everything anyway.
