- MMMichael MartinezJul 19, 20251.0The veterinarian's here are absolutely amazing and the service is rather prompt and excellent; however, this review would be five stars if it wasn't for the rude, disrespectful, and outright crass receptionist/customer service representative yelling at and degrading her coworker in such an inhuman way. Christina (I think that was her name) needs to learn humility, empathy, and respect towards others. Using disgusting language towards her coworker and reprimanding her in that manner was outright vile and unprofessional, especially with clients and patients in the lobby. If she speaks that way towards her coworker, I could only imagine how she speaks with and treats clients. The poor blue haired girl was teary eyed and visibly distraught by what was said to her. If this is the behavior and conduct promoted within the workplace that is absolutely unacceptable. Thank you to all the vets and the other receptionists that were kind and professional, but unfortunately I'll be taking my business and my pet elsewhere.
