- JMJonathan Moon1 day ago1.0I joined Verizon switching from straight talk and had trouble bringing my wife and I phone number, Verizon associates created a number for me to bring online the phones and transfer our numbers. We have 2 lines and because they used that phone number they charged us $200 on top of our normal bill to deactivate the line after they told us from the beginning that the system would not charge us and it would auto correct itself. I have called countless number of times and each associate told us they will fix it and that it is pending. Before using Verizon I’ve heard they did hidden charges, guess they were right hopefully they will resolve this issue.
