    Recently switched over to Verizon and after visiting this store I feel disgusted. The gentleman who pretended to help me for 1.5 seconds walked away and did nothing for us. Horrible customer service!!!

    This is the most unprofessional store I have been in...Rude..RUDE RUDE..I walked in said and the associate instead of saying I'm logging in give me a minute and I'll be right with you.. didn't even look at me and I had to ask him do you have time for me and he walked away and said now I'm not helping you... the other associate.. and I use that term loosely... looked down at me and when explaining things to me kept saying Ma'am in aVERY CONDESCENDING MANNER. AND DIDN'T HELP ME AT ALL.. You people have no accountability for being RUDE and unprofessional to customers......And after reading most of your reviews most people agree

    So VERY unprofessional and unprofessional and uncaring. I walk in the store a girl slumped in a chair chewing gum like a cow says can I help you.. I said I'd like to upgrade my phone. What do you want? Help and recommendations. Chewing like a cow. I left!
