    Me and my friend went to different stores and tried to solve same issue at almost same time. The guy in this store was not welling to help. What I got from him is NO, we can’t do. NO, we don’t do. Call the customer service. Whereas my friend’s store provided very friendly and professional support solved our issues. I mean you know what I’m talking. Insane. Waisted my time and I got bad altitude from them for no reason.

    I would not recommend coming to this location. After visiting the store TWICE yesterday, it seemed as though most of the employees that work there could not be bothered - no greeting when customers arrive, sitting around a table all on their tablets/phones joking with each other (and jokes they probably shouldn't be saying in front of customers), no real effort in giving customers guidance to rectify issues. I left this location with no resolve but ended up at the 851 St. Georges Ave. location today, where an employee was able to help me within a half hour.

    Went to the Verizon store tonight. The people that work there are unprofessional as I walked in. Everybody was sitting down. Nobody stand up to greet me. I asked a few questions about my new phone and they told me to go to the Apple store. Four people sitting down doing nothing definitely unprofessional. Do not go to that store. I am a customer for 20 years with Verizon. They said their Wi-Fi slow and it will take two or three hours to transfer my phone. Unprofessional people unprofessional store. That’s why that store has bad ratings. Horrible store horrible people must be retrained or fired.

    I read these reviews and thought “to each their own” but damn its very true how unprofessional and rude these people are working here. I come to upgrade my phone and just get help on that but they seemed bothered to even want to work. Met a lady in the store who even rolled her eyes at me cause the verizon employee was ignoring her.
