I placed an order specifically because store pickup was shown as available, only to be told later that the store offers pickup only from hands of the person who placed an order, with no clear explanation or attempt to help. This completely defeats the purpose of offering pickup as an option in the first place. The person who placed an order only available during time that does not work for me (she leaves at 4pm) but the store working hours are until 8pm. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no solution, no apology, and no accountability for their mistake. I wasted my time and had to rearrange my plans because of their poor communication and lack of basic customer service. If you advertise store pickup, you should actually honor it. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again and do not recommend this store to anyone who values their time.

This time went by painlessly and fun! She is very funny and cool person to talk to! If you need anything at all, Lily is your person! 😊 Thank you again!

Rob was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and I was in and out of the store within about 30 minutes. This is a far cry from what I experienced at the 302 Woodbridge Center Drive location - where it seems like the employees at the store couldn't be bothered working nor tried to help rectify the issue in the manner that Rob did. I would recommend visiting this location and not the 302 Woodbridge Center Drive location.

She explained the mistake and told me that my problem was to be solved at a corporate office. Right as I asked where the nearest office was, Lily said wait a minute let me see how I can help you. I won’t go through all the details but I’ll say that I felt advocated for and my problem was solved through her guidance. I definitely want to mention YaYa bringing in her expertise. Anything Verizon related will be done at this location for me. My sincerest thanks to you both! Blessed Holidays!
