He was knowledgeable, patient and super kind to work with. We ordered our phones and when we came to pick them up it was closer to closing time but he took his time and talked through what extra products we can get and took the time to set up our phones as well despite the time. I would highly recommend any Verizon customer to come to this location and ask for Elijah.
