When I bought the phone I was told the restocking fee was $50 just 7 days later I came back and was told it was $80. I left this store and went to the store on Rt . 46 where the fee of $50 was confirmed. I was also then told that the Willowbrook store isn’t a corporate store but a mom and pop where they can make up their own rules. Also, if you search online it states Verizon charges $50 restocking. So buyer be ware. If they can lie about this what else are they lying to customers about?
