- JJJordan JacquesAug 21, 20251.0Truly absurd how this place runs. We had come here for 3 years before finally switching to a new vet with our dog. Our dog was seen here a ridiculous amount of times due to the same chronic GI issue. His new vet wrote a script for medication that they didn’t have in stock, so we called Bayview and they said they would happily fill it, with recent vet records. This specific prescription is on their record on his account, and we had a new script written this afternoon. We brought in his most recent ER records (from two weeks ago), but it wasn’t enough. His current vet’s system is down, so the vet was willing to speak to Bayview’s staff to verify everything they need until they can email them over. After saying they could fill it, the vet here absolutely refused and said he then had to be seen. We asked how much it was and they then said they had no openings, after saying he needed to be seen and then they would fill it. So. We drove 25 minutes here with our dog, who needs this prescription TODAY, to be turned away AFTER verifying that they could help us. AND with his current vet on the phone vouching and saying they would send it over as soon as their system is back up. This was the final straw. We have had many issues through the years here, mainly with the vets not trusting or listening to us, or the lack of openings to be seen, but this truly shows their lack of empathy and care. I would never recommend this office to anybody who has a pet with chronic needs.

I have seen a few different doctors but our main doctor Dr Day has become a support also for my dog who has many health issues including tumors .She has helped me make care decisions and is very supportive. Everyone at the hospital is caring and kind and professional. Dr.Robyn Day is our fav Honey thanks you .I trust them with my precious dog baby.(she’s 11)lol🐾My other doctor there is Dr.G .She is also great ! I am glad to have great veterinarians to give my dog baby the very best care possible. Also the techs are so professional and knowledgeable and honest about care and choices.The desk receptionists are quick and never rude. We are both treated like family. We ❤️our vets !
