Amanda behind the counter this day was tremendous, friendly n kind. She asked if I had any errands to run, which I did, including a Dr's appointment. When I returned I heard yelling from upstairs n extremely foul language. Come to see 2 women screaming n cursing at Amanda. My goodness l the language! They were lucky Amanda was typing to explain the problem n they blamed everything wrong with phone n it wasn't her, they had forgotten something very important n Amanda tried again n again to explain. How Amanda kept her composure is beyond my patience. I was offended by their language! After they left Amanda helped me with the same friendly person she is. Santa definitely not stopping at their house. Unbelievable behavior!

I described the issue and employee immediately said he could not help me, and that I had to escalate it with customer service online. However I went to the Franklin location and they fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes. Not sure why this location in Sussex could not help me when the Franklin one did. Frustrating experience to say the least.

He showed me the basics of how the phone works since there’s no home button and the cool camera feature of widescreen. He also was kind to my chaotic toddler who insisted on walking around behind the desks and checking everything out, seriously I was so embarrassed because he’s usually not like that but Josh was so kind to him as well. I would definitely shop at this store again, thank you Josh!
