Initionaly, I had tried transferring my data with the help of a Verizon phone rep, spending hours with the tech and still not able to properly transfer my wife's phone. Finally, frustrated, I decided to visit this store. When I arrived, I was greeted by Aru, a friendly associate who immediately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve it. He was extremely professional and willing to go above and beyond in explaning the problem and correcting it. He even went so far as to set up the phones connection to my auto. I highly recommend this establishment and thank Ari for his patience and professionalism. Job well done.

Trill was incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute angel when it came to assisting me with choosing my next phone. Even through my hundreds of questions about the differences between the two phones I was choosing from, Trill stayed patient and answered each and every one of my questions with a smile on his face! Y’all go check him out! I cannot brag enough about his professionalism and knowledge!

Even though the store got pretty busy while I was there, Zeiger managed to multitask effortlessly, assisting multiple customers at once while still giving everyone personal attention. He’s clearly well-versed in Verizon’s newest products and plans, and it shows in how confidently and clearly he explains everything. Although this is a third-party retailer, the store operates just like an official Verizon location — professional, efficient, and customer service focused.
