    Absolutely awful! Everything went wrong in this store. First, they wanted to charge us 2x for taxes & phone setup, because I asked them to hold the phone for an additional day. Secondly, they told my husband we would get store credit and me that we would receive a full refund, then to find out that not only were both of those lies but they wanted to charge us a second time. We lost $120 in that store, we weren’t about to lose another. Last but not least, my husband traded in his phone for $800 and they forgot to add it, if we didn’t realize he would have lost the $800! No one knows what they are doing in that place, it almost seems criminal.

    Both Ryan and Andrew were extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made acquiring a new phone less stressful for me The process was a lot easier than other times. I highly recommend both employees.
