  Very slow customer service. Not enough staff. I came here to ask a question that takes 5 minutes, but l've been forced to wait for an hour. Terrible service.

  First let me start by saying customer service is never the same in a corporate environment. I have visited this store 3 times in total now and every time I was met with a smiling, overall helpful happy rep by the name of Alberto L. He has truly gone above and beyond for me in every encounter I have had with him. I recently became a Fios member and saw they had a deal when transferring your phone over from another carrier. I came back the next day and talked business. Alberto explained everything properly and took all the time he needed to secure a great sale with me. He ordered all my devices and kept me updated on next steps. My devices came a lot faster than expected, He called me to let me know everything was there and to make sure I brought all the necessary paperwork with me prior to coming in. Again this is the third time I visited this store in 2 weeks. This is the third time Alberto went above and beyond his means and even his time to make sure I was set up and secure and ready to go. I am absolutely thrilled with the experience he has given me in person. His character overall as a person is wonderful to be around and he's not your typical tacky sales rep. He truly makes you feel like family. Because of Alberto I now have all my wireless and internet services combined and my bills in order with his knowledge and support. Thank you for everything you have explained and done for myself and the kids. You will always have a customer in me and support ! PROMOTE ALBERTO L !!!! Edit review : I came back to the store to get assistance with my new phone I purchased and needed a number transferred over. I had the pleasure to work with Jessica and Talik who took the time and patience to assist me with the number transfer it was NOT A EASY process but they stayed vigilant and patient through the entire process making sure my requested was completed. This store in general is by far exceptional when it comes to communication and customer service. They always go above and beyond the means of any request. Go Verizon south Amboy. Alberto. Jessica and Talik are you go tos for anything.

  I had came into the store to switch my phone carrier, but Galla was supposed to help me, she was ignoring me the whole time, being face time, paying more attention to the call than customers, she needed to make a call gave me the phone number instead to call them when they were specifically asking for the employee to call while she went to the “bathroom” to keep talking on her phone, I ended up leaving since I was being ignored and wasn’t getting help, not even once she walked me through the plans and phones they carry.
