I cannot say enough about Francesca - she was so kind, helpful, professional, and patient with my questions… but most of all, she was so knowledgeable about the product and the services that Verizon offered. Francesca made my upgrade so easy and stress free. I appreciated her help so much - I would highly recommend her!!

After accidentally setting off the tamper device on some phones I was looking at with my parents, we received some of the best, knowledgeable, and friendliest help I've ever received in a Verizon store. Dan is a credit to the company and was pleasant during the entire visit we had there. From shutting off the tamper device to helping my Mother pick out and navigate her new phone to helping my Father fix a glitch in his phone Dan was a huge help. Thank you for your friendliness and professionalism. We all appreciated it 🙏
- ACAllison CareyDec 4, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE! Be very careful here. Or better yet, go to a corporate store. The Wireless Zone has some unscrupulous business practices. I was charged for a cable I didn’t ask for, signed up for a protection plan I didn’t ask for and charged $49 to set up my phone (which was NEVER mentioned.) Johnnie R did a superb job at leaving out important details. Lesson learned and NEVER again.
