Employees more concerned with what they are ordering for lunch and what they are buying their boyfriends for Christmas... they promise free perks, Netflix and HBOmax advise of no hidden fees; there are so many! We were even told their insurance does not allow them to help pair your phone to your car (from the managers mouth) which is a lie. Over all, stay away from this location, they are all about sales and are happy to screw anyone who walks thru the door. 💩

The customer service and chat bot wasn't helping, I wanted to speak w a person! I drove here to get the help that I needed but the Saleman Rep gave me another customer number and told me to get the App because he apparently had appointments. All the other Sales Reps was also busy. So I downloaded the App. Waste of time and gas because the other customer service was also useless along w the App. I still wasn't able to speak to a person. I had to eventually figure everything out on my own.
