Husband, wife, grandmother and four adult kids translates to seven phones, four iWatches, and three iPads. My wife and I traded in our iPhone 13s for two new iPhone 17 Pros. AJ navigated through this complicated process with very few complications. We walked out surprisingly quickly with two new phones, trading in one, but keeping another to provide for a father in law. AJ thoroughly studied our account, and he found several ways to save us money versus the way the account was set up before.
