She runs the store with kindness, patience she can multitask and makes sure everyone is still being taken care of or acknowledged! She also hooked me up with transferring my numbers and data. Gave me money off which no one does anymore especially in a phone store! I also want to shout out Shy who is so Knowledgeable helped me in seconds with my iCloud addresses. Also told me how to add the App Store back and if I can’t figure it out bring it back and he’ll help me, which I’ll prob have to do because I such with new technology! This was the first time I wasn’t dreading going to the Verizon store not once but twice. I won’t use any other store location again! All the employees in there were so kind, professional and they all work together as a great team! I truly recommend if you have Verizon and need to go to a store front choose this location you will not regret it!
