Her demeanor stayed calm and polite the entire time, even while assisting me and stepping in to help her teammate at the same time. What really stood out was her attitude no frustration, no “why are you bothering me” energy. Just genuine helpfulness and a clear willingness to make sure everything was handled properly. Even with multiple people coming at her at once, she stayed composed, respectful, and professional. She is clearly well-educated in her field and truly understands customer service. Honestly, she deserves a raise and a promotion in title. As someone who values professional, quality service, I would absolutely return to this location specifically ONLY because of her. Please don't hesitate to promote because when I tell you her customer service is top-notch believe me when I say that I have been with other carriers before and I've never experienced such great customer service and she is even the reason why I decided to open service with Verizon today because of how she talked to me and how she treated me and how I see how she function with other customers and with her other team members. Verizon Victra, hold onto Kaylee she’s is definitely gem.
