  Wayne was fantastic to work with! He greeted me right away and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I came in with a few questions about my plan and he took the time to walk me through everything and even found ways to save me money. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about his customers. I left the store feeling confident and taken care of it’s not often you get that kind of personal service these days.

From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Wayne’s customer service goes above and beyond — he treats you like a valued customer, not just another sale. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, personable, and committed to making sure everything is done right. If you’re heading to Verizon in Middletown, ask for Wayne — he’s the best in the business!

  I’ve worked with Wayne several times and he’s always been incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. He takes the time to make sure everything on my account is set up correctly and explains every option in detail so there are no surprises. Wayne genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy and confident with their purchase. I’ve seen how busy the store can get, but he still treats every customer with respect and attention. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in representing the company well. Highly recommend asking for Wayne if you visit!

  DO NOT GO TO RUSSELL CELLULAR ORDER ONLINE PICKUP IN HAZLET NEVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER. Wayne D. (manager, fat male) added multiple services to my bill without consultation or my approval. I had no idea he was adding apple one, carrier protection, and I only discovered this after looking closely at the papers handed to me after the sale for my signature. Strike 2 was when Wayne D. explicitly told me, with a printed form, to not show up at the store until he called. (this is against corporate advice, when your order is delivered they tell you to walk right in) And the way that Wayne deals with this is to call you every day at a minute before closing (7pm) forcing you into the next day. I'm currently working with legal counsel to see if I have a case against this abhorrent, disgusting manager. I will continue calling corporate every single day until this is resolved to my satisfaction.   This is the only place we go to for our Verizon phones. Last week we upgraded 2 iphones. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will spend as much time as necessary to help you. They actually found better deals than Verizon offered in a text. We have been going here for several years. Highly recommend them.
