    Just got out of the store and it’s ridiculous that they don’t even know what their website says. Extremely rude young guys sitting behind the counter who have no idea what Verizon is offering.

    We went in to open a new line and have it bundled with our Verizon internet. There were two workers available and only one other customer in the store who was being helped by someone else. We were told to call 611 and continue saying customer service until someone helped us. We waited for 15 minutes and received no support from someone in the store or on the phone. No other customers entered and the two workers remained on their phones the entire time clearly showing us that they were uninterested in helping us. We will not be returning.

    I was at the Metuchen store asking about info that didn't transfer from a third party ap on my phone that had a cracked screen and that wouldn't boot. A young woman, I believe her name is Jess, heard my conversation with another tech and jumped in and tried to help me out. She also suggested a similar Google Ap that will be backed up in Gmail, so I won't loose data going forward. She was excellent. She will be extremely successful in whatever career path she ultimately chooses because she is focused on doing the best she can do and is not a slacker.
