This Cricket store claims to close at 7:00 PM, yet when I showed up at 6:25 PM after leaving work early to make a cash payment, the doors were already locked, lights off, and the place completely shut down. I even took a photo and screenshot showing the time as proof. If your hours say 7, you should be open until 7 — not closing early because it’s convenient for the employees. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers. I’ll be switching carriers — clearly Cricket doesn’t care about customer service!
