She did her best to assure me she would figure it out and tried to calm me. I use my phone for work amongst other things. Her patience was just what I needed. I felt sick to my stomach being I know no ones number. My life is in my phone. She was able to fix what was wrong and I left laughing with her and a huge smile. Thank you!

The representative sells me the wrong watch twice, which i was fine with i accepted the 2nd wrong one so we didn’t waste anymore time. i then come back to two days later to trade in an old device to take advantage of a promo. turns out there was a mistake made at point of sale so something had to be escalated. I have them my trade in because they said they were able to fix the issue right at that moment. The manager then tells me he had no power in the store and i have to come back and have the original sales rep fix the issue, pay a $50 restock fee or call customer service.. however you already took my old device, which i need for the promotion so i asked for the phone back. the manager after being extremely rude says he’ll go get it. after 40 minutes exacferafjon, he comes out and says “trade ins are final and can’t be returned”. so being the manager you should know this, meaning you had me sit for 40 minutes just because. He put the phone down mid conversation with the customer service supervisor that she even told me how rude he was being. Completely unacceptable.
