They helped me and my girlfriend get new phones and keep our phone numbers. They transferred all our info and data. Also gave use a great price which included new phones. I googled what was closest to me and I found Total wireless. I went there and as I walked in the door I was greeted by Sam and Heather. They did not swarm me or try to push anything on me. We went over every deal available that would be the best option for me. I purchased a new phone which is amazing along with a deal much, much better then I previously had. I have 2 last comments the 1st is there use Verizon as there carrier and the 2nd there Lumberton NJ location I went to is right next to my old company MetroPcs which has absolutely terrible service. If you want an honest experience go to Total wireless. Have a peaceful day.

Connie was super patient with me while I looked over the many options for phones (their selection is spectacular) Connie and Sam both explained to me the different types of plans & their benefits. I was able to leave with a new iPhone 14+ and a plan with unlimited everything. Buying a phone is typically an unpleasant experience, but I can honestly say that going to Total Wireless was painless. I was out rather quickly, and I left with a smile on my face. If you’re unsure, give them a try, the service is wonderful
