I have never had a worse customer service experience. The rep in the store messed up my order, made me return 2 other times to meet with a manager for an override on his initial mistake. They also charged me for what corporate told me is an optional $40 set up fee even though I set up the phones myself at home. I will never go back to this location.

I never had such bad experience like with this Verizon Store ! They setup wrong account and send me wrong equipment.
After returning everything and disconecting account I keep getting big amount bills.
After weeks and weeks off phone calls they told me that everything is resolved.
Today I got bill again!
I will have to spend hours and hours again to resolve this othervise they will eventualy report non payment on my credit score!
Looks like I will have to file a Compliant to New Jersey Division Of Consumer Affairs!
This is almost 2 months now since it started !

Terrell was great.i switched from the mobile due to there lack of helping me out.i came here to check out Verizon to get a better deal and better customer service and Terrell was really good at listening to my concerns and made my day much better.im glad I came here and now a very happy new customer and I want to thank Terrell for all the info and honesty. This man i will be coming to see from now on!
