    This Verizon does not answer the phone. I keep calling during open hours and the automated machine keeps me on the line only to get hung up on by the store team. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional how difficult it is to talk to someone in store.

    The store manager is rude and dismissive. She didn’t want to help even for a simple issue. I was told by Verizon customer service to specifically come to this store and they refused to help. I will be reporting the manager to the district manager because it’s not okay for her to treat people this way. There are multiple other complaints about her behavior and Verizon needs to replace her.

    This is by far the most unhelpful Verizon location I’ve ever been to with staff that couldn’t care less about helping its customers. I came in to upgrade my phone and my sales associate began the conversation by mocking the device I wanted to buy and then proceeded to deactivate my old device without telling me, even after I had let him know that I was going to set up my new device myself at home. I came back two weeks later as only a handful of my old voicemails transferred to my new phone and needed help to fix it. I spoke with two people who insisted there was nothing they could do to help. I spoke with Apple customer service for about ten minutes and they were able to resolve the problem. In the same visit I asked if there was a way to fix my scratched phone screen to which they also said there was nothing they could do. I spoke with customer service online and they were able to file a claim and help me immediately. Not one person working in this store offered any solutions, even when I was the only customer there. You’ll have to drag me back to this location.

    This is by far the most unprofessional store manager I’ve ever encountered. Her behavior is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. She shows no interest in assisting customers and spends more time on her phone than doing her job. It’s astonishing that someone with such blatant disregard for customer service was ever placed in a managerial position at a reputable company. Unless Verizon removes her from this location, the store’s reputation will continue to collapse and you will continue losing loyal customers. In stark contrast, Wolf and 2 other guys demonstrates genuine professionalism and actually cares about customer needs — he is far more qualified to manage this store than the current manager. Avoid this location entirely if you want a stress-free experience and competent service. Choose a different Verizon store if you value your time, respect, and peace of mind.

    Really bad experience i switched to verizon and I was very unlucky to deal with this location and the rep called Carlos so he signed me up for the wrong plan. He added Hotspot for 10 dollars even though my plan already has Hotspot included the phone cost more then what he told me so I went back but the stuff membres told me that they only do sales there so they can't help me and the first more I spoke to didn't even want listen to me and I have to call customer service Definitely back to my old service provider. Still I can't believe i had this experience.
