He added Hotspot for 10 dollars even though my plan already has Hotspot included the phone cost more then what he told me so I went back but the stuff membres told me that they only do sales there so they can't help me and the first more I spoke to didn't even want listen to me and I have to call customer service Definitely back to my old service provider. Still I can't believe i had this experience.
