Despite it being a somewhat complicated issue that you may argue isn't their responsibility to address (my eSIM was erased from my phone as a result of a motherboard replacement by Google), Mamadou helped me through it despite some setbacks and was disappointed when it seemed like I'd have to go to a corporate store to fully resolve it. But thankfully all was resolved and I'm now writing this review while connected to the wireless network I had taken for granted until now. You can tell a lot about a business and a person by the way they treat you if you're not doing something that directly benefits them. Here I was not intending to buy a phone or add a line but needing their time and expertise for a phone bought somewhere on a line I've had for 19 years and they gave me the same respect and attention as anyone else. I am grateful for this store and its exceptional employees (Mamadou in particular but everyone else there seemed friendly and helpful).

My partner and I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years and we finally left and made the switch after way too many horrible experiences. We’re so excited to now be with Verizon and we strongly recommend coming to the location on Central. They will take great care of you. Kaushik was also there and was very helpful as well, so ask for either Kaushik or Mamadou if you go :)

MAKE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT FOR BEST SERVICE. It’s a little hard to park BUT WORTH IT. I’m 73 years old. Technology does not come that easily for me. Kaushik put his store contact number in my contacts for help if needed. Imagine that kind of personal , kind, and professional service. NOBODY gives the kind of service that he gave anywhere I go. He is expert, kind, professional and he CARES about the high quality of his service. He is a rarity today in the world of merchandizing. He’ll be president of Verizon someday…or he SHOULD BE! Take my word for it. This store is the “gold” Verizon store nestled on little old Central Avenue in Jersey City. They are also smart enough to open earlier than any other Verizon store. When you have a cell phone issue, you want it fixed!! Enjoy your new equipment. You surely will if you acquire it at Central Avenue Verizon, Jersey City!!!
