- JSJames SargeantNov 12, 20251.0Recently had an issue pairing my Apple Watch with a new phone. After trying to troubleshoot it myself I went to my local Verizon store yesterday (11/11/2025). Before even checking me in I was asked if I attempted to reset, unpair, etc. to which I replied yes. I was told “well that is all that we can do here”, and was suggested to visit an Apple Store location for further help. A simple network settings reset solved the issue, a solution provided by an apple tech support over the phone. I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 10 years and never had an issue visiting a carrier store location for help on any of the hardware I’ve purchased and used over the years. Disappointing to say the least
