The rep at the store quoted me a price for a business line, finished my order including taking payment for the phone, then told me that the monthly cost would be more than double what he originally told me. Luca, the worst, most dishonest, most cowardly manager I've ever met, repeatedly gave me incorrect information, attempted to charge me more with every sentence that came out of his mouth, and then cancelled the account when I asked to speak with his manager. He then told me no, I couldn't since I was no longer a customer, and when I told him I was still a customer with my 20+ year personal account, he was rude as he walked away to get his manager's information. This store is trash and Luca personally is a garbage human being without a shred of honesty in him.

We went in to get a phone upgrade, he ran numbers for us and we were able to walk out within an hour with the new phone and all of our questions answered! He is an ASSET to this Verizon location! It also seems like this store is well-run, all associates were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They took their time with each customer and things ran very smoothly. Don't change a thing!

Corporate complaint filed, corporate was able to resolve my issue but I will never return to this location and caution anyone who is thinking about going here. If you want to be treated like you are beneath the staff and have them attempt to overcharge you even when you are explicitly clear about what you want then this is the store for you. Jason was the associate and I have no trust in this store due to his actions.
