    I recently had a negative experience over the phone with Verizon and was seriously thinking about switching to another carrier. But then I was assisted by Jesey , and everything changed! Jesey helped me within seconds — explained everything clearly, professionally, and with great care. Thanks to Jesey’s help, not only were all my issues resolved, but my opinion about the company completely changed. I decided to stay with Verizon and even bought two more phones! Huge thanks to Jessy for the amazing service — employees like this make customers want to stay with Verizon forever!

    I wanted to activate my phone, the rep could not do anything because the picture he took of the license was not taken correctly(his mistake) and it locked our account and we had to wait 24 hours. Then he told me I had to pay re-stocking fee for returning a defective device because it’s “store policy”. Why am I being a charged a fee for a device that cannot be activated? I called customer service and they waived it and told that the store rep was wrong. Not very helpful. Avoid this verizon location and go to another one.

    Very bad customer service.. went there to upgrade my phone and i asked the guy about all the options and he told me there is only one option is to upgrade to the highest plan in order to get any offer which is not true.. plus he wanted to charge extra $100 to get the 256GB which is also not true and also he wanted to force me to get the protection plan which i didn’t want then he goes it doesn’t look like you wanna make a deal today and i can’t help you get the phone without you buying the insurance , you can just get the phone online.. SOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I had an issue that was created by a return that was processed incorrectly. I went in to ask for help and they were very dismissive and told me to call customer service because there wasn’t anything they could do to help. However a 2nd Verizon store (independent location) was able to help me get everything cleared up and resolved. I don’t normally write reviews but was very disappointed in the lack of customer service being that this is a corporate store.
