I decided to go to this friend because of his sincere and genuine attitude. With my limited English and limited understanding of the language and phone new technology, I needed someone like him. A few months later, I tried calling him several times to see him, but couldn't get through. After a series of twists and turns, I finally met him again. He was, as I'd imagined, incredibly kind, honest, and trustworthy. I left him in my care without asking any questions. He was a rare and wonderful person in today's society, where distrust and unfriendliness are rampant. People are more precious than money, but these days, it's hard to find honest and kind people because we live in a materialistic world. My contract was up, and I was about to switch to T-Mobile after going through such a difficult time at the another Verizon store, but Ishan made me go back to the Verizon store. As expected, he's kind and knowledgeable. For older people like us, especially immigrants, English isn't our native language, so we get stressed out every time our phones get upgraded. I'm grateful to Ishan for enduring all that, being kind and honest, and helping me get a new phone. I am writing this post because I believe we should support and encourage these people who are creating a beautiful world. Ishan. People like you make the world go round and make life worth living. Thank you again.
