May I say how I was so very impressed with their work. They were extremely informative and took their time helping me so that I could understand all the new technology. Today I had a wonderful experience here because of this woman. She is the most patient person I think I have ever met. Helping me. She also helped everyone else that came into the door with such professionalism. Because of her I actually bought a new phone which I thought maybe I was going out to another carrier but she was the best. She is the absolute best.

She was more than extremely knowledgeable on all of the deals and promotions and helped me immensely with upgrading to a new phone. She was extremely welcoming even though I showed up at 6:30pm when she closed at 8pm but not once did she complain of the time. She also had amazing customer service, extremely efficient and also was a lot of fun to talk to and get to connect with. IF you are lucky enough that there's an employee actually in the store when you get there and you DON'T have to wait more than 5 minutes just for someone to emerge from the back, it's going to be someone not interested in helping you and only interested in talking down to you until they literally abandon you and leave the store empty again rather than try to assist you.
