    Worst experience with this verizon store . Bought 2 new iPhones, they told me I would get an Apple Watch for free. When I called verizon as soon as I finished with them they explained to me I was paying $50 monthly. Had to go back there to return the watch and they still kept me $80 as a returning fee. On top of that they always add hidden fees to your bill.

    Alex was a great help and he is that guy “Him”as they call it I’ve been dealing with an issue with Verizon about giving me trade-in promotional credits and he figured it out under 30 minutes. Look for Alex when you’re looking for help.

    Me arrepiento enormente haber pasado mis servicios de Optimum y Metropcs para esta terrible compañia. Muchos puntos a tener en cuenta: 1. Creo que deberían primero evaluar muy bien a las personas que van a colocar como manager de un lugar, esa es la carta de presentación de su negocio, como es posible que el mánager de esta tienda termine ofreciéndole golpes a mi esposo ( ojo con ese mánager que te ofrece golpes y luego te llama la policía para hacerte parecer culpable y ellos salirse del lío) ,cuando fuimos a buscar una solución a un caos que ellos mismo crearon al ofrecernos servicios falsos y cosas con las que no iban a cumplir, estuvimos por 5 horas en la tienda buscando una solución y lo único que ellos querían era evadir toda responsabilidad, me ofrecieron un plan con servicio ilimitado de llamadas a Colombia el cual ni siquiera lo tienen y me terminó llegando una factura por $1.818!!!!! Algo increíble para un plan adicional que ellos manejan por $10 y nunca lo activaron y ahora pretenden que nos hagamos cargo de la factura. 2. tenemos en nuestra cuenta 2 números celulares que ellos no saben cómo aparecieron ahí pero ahí están. 3. Te dan una cifra de cobro mensual y termina llegándote otra. 4. Dicen que te reciben los teléfonos viejos como forma de pago a tus facturas donde los primeros meses serán gratis y te los descuentan a 36 meses. 5. Dijeron que se harían cargo de la factura de pago de la compañía en la cual estábamos y no han pagado nada, todavía nos sigue llegando cobro de la pasada compañia y dicen que nosotros no le mandamos factura para que ellos hicieran el pago. 6. La señal de casa es terrible solo me coje cerca de router o sino no tengo señal. 7. Ahora por culpa de su negligencia mi crédit score está en riesgo porque no me haré cargo de una factura que no me corresponde pagar por su falta de información o falsa publicidad!!!!

    Muy mal servicio, muchos cargos ocultos su manager de tienda muy grosero y provocador un ser sin servicio al cliente de verdad no asumen la responsabilidad de su mala información no recomiendo para nada este lugar Very bad service, many hidden charges their store manager very rude and provocative a being without customer service really they do not take responsibility for their bad information I do not recommend this place at all Este es el cobro por un solo mes This is the charge for a single month

    I recently came to Verizon to open a line for the first time. I had an amazing experience. If you visit this store ask for Alex. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me through the entire process without any hesitation. Alex is a great asset to the company. He deserves a raise. Great service!!!
