I felt rushed, ignored, and spoken to with an attitude instead of receiving proper customer service. Simple questions were not answered clearly, and no effort was made to resolve my issue. This is not the level of service I expect from Verizon. I left frustrated and without a solution. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. We are please stay away for this person
- FRFlutra Rustami3 days ago1.0! WARNING - Very bad experience with Version, Garfield NJ ! My experience with Version in Garfield, NJ was extremely disappointing and stressful. The manager Ezra is dishonest and misleading. He promised me 5 lines for $165 per month, but without my consent he added 5 additional lines, charging me $330 per month for 4 months. When I realized what happened and asked for an explanation, he became uncommunicative, refused to properly explain the charges, and behaved in an arrogant and unprofessional manner. Once he takes your money, he does not want to communicate or take responsibility. This is a clear example of false promises, poor ethics, and lack of respect for customers. I do NOT recommend this company or dealing with Ezra. Make sure everything is in writing, because verbal promises mean nothing here.

Only the line in the beginning is very nice people very quiet people Jason ezra and two more guys. I can’t remember the names please don’t go there only lying to you. They promise you too many things but nothing they do for you. Nothing only they take for you only the money only the money after you signed the contract or you do never gonna respond you never gonna help you all you’re gonna lie to you. You build is gonna go high high high every month the worst the worst experience I switched for T-Mobile with Verizon. I did mistake. They told me 160 for a month and every month I paid 300 300 for month ready I go every day every two weeks no only they say don’t worry don’t worry please don’t trust them. Please don’t go there please the worst the worst person. I see my life very very bad people working over there. Remember, they see you only for money only they have laughing and a lie to you please don’t go there. Stay away for Verizon Garfield stay away for Verizon Garfield.

They’re lying too much They start OK only the premise you and they lie in you every single time I switched five lines for them and they promised me 160 bill per month and $400 credit. I never have the credit only I have every month I have to pay $300 my bill only lie the worst people work there please don’t go there. Please don’t believe that please stay away for Verizon in Garfield stay away.
