- DMDamion McDuffieDec 27, 20251.0I spoke to someone on the phone, this is regarding a return. Called twice and he claims that he couldn’t understand me and stated he doesn’t speak English. But as I requested to speak to a manager he stated that I would need to come in the store. Both times I was on the phone him he seemed to comprehend what I was saying, not sure if he did not want to help or not, but a concern or question regarding return policy could have been answered by phone and not having the customer spend troubles driving to the store. That is just proper professional etiquette.
