I came in needing help, but the employee who assisted me, Walter, was dismissive had attitude and was mumbling and made it clear he did not want to help me at all. Instead of listening or offering solutions, he tried to push me away and rush me out. Customer service is the main reason people come into a store instead of handling things online, and unfortunately that standard was not met here. I felt ignored and disrespected as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures their employees treat customers with basic professionalism and respect. Other guys were nice enough to acknowledge me and ask what i needed.

Customer service is useless, coverage is trash (even in major cities you’ll get dropped calls and fake ‘5G’ that’s slower than 4G), and every single bill is a surprise robbery. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Save your money, save your sanity — go literally anywhere else. Verizon is a straight-up scam
- DDDoug DougDec 5, 20255.0Most excellent service. I came in with an issue with an old Sam Sung Phone. The In Store Verizon representative Justice warmly greeted among the Black Friday crowd. After inspecting my old phone he inquired what my needs are. I do make many videos including my youtube. Justice was patient listening to my concerns. He pointed out how I can utilize upgrade features on the newer phones. With no pressure, At the end I decided to upgrade to a SamSung Ultra25 which came with a big discount. As we were concluding our business, much to my surprise, I received free Black Friday devices along with the new phone, including a $500 tablet, a Pixel Google smart watch, made old phone functional with a free new line. Thank you Justice for your thorough and expedient service! I highly recommend to all who need new devices to see Justice at the English town NJ Verizon on 87 Highway Rte 9 !!
