- GGGED2MDDec 17, 20251.0Beware of this place!! If you make any changes to your account or change your phone, you have to look at your bill because they will sneak in extra charges!!! You’ve been warned. I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and specifically told them that I don’t want Verizon protection plan but when I look at my bill I see that I’m being charged $19 a month for it. Verizon, in general, isn’t as good as it used to be and it’s because its employees suck!
