    Poor Customer Service and Technical Support Experience Dear Verizon Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at one of your stores. On 01-04-2016 , I arrived at the store around 4:00 PM and waited for approximately 30 minutes(14 waiting list ), despite the store being crowded. During my wait, I noticed that one of your staff members was outside on a phone call, which added to the frustration. When I finally got to speak with a representative, I explained that I only have a Verizon line for my daughter’s Gizmo watch and i send to login to my Verizon app to make auto payment as i pay every month $20 exrta fees for late payment. I was informed that the Verizon app does not support a watch ( which is Wrong ),and when i asked him are you sure he told me ( am working here for 4 years with laughing smile ) which was both disappointing and not clearly communicated beforehand. When I asked to cancel my line, I was told I would incur a $150 fee. After a moment of consideration, the representative left me and he told me i will come back to take your time During this time, I sought assistance from another staff member and requested to speak with a manager. The response I received was dismissive, and I was told to calm down, which was upsetting, especially with my daughter present and she hugs me as she is afarid from the situation and i explained my problem to him then he told me i will check and come to you back and he left and didn't come back to me In the end, I left the store feeling ignored and frustrated. Ironically, I was able to resolve the issue and access the Verizon app with my watch by seeking help through ChatGPT, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I hope that you can address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

    Excellent service received from Tefani. She is the best. You can go to Verizon East Brunswick and you won’t regret getting serviced by her!

    Do NOT use this store! The manager and sales people are LIARS!!! I was told my bill switching from AT&T would be one amount and guess what? It's about $80 more a month than they said. Was told I would've getting free phones and a gift cards to pay off my old phones, we gave them our old phones the next day and we will have not received the gift cards. I have a hand written monthly total in the managers handwriting and it was totally wrong, they will tell you anything to get you to switch. I have spent numerous trips to the store and way too much time on the phone with customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars but will give them an FTC complaint instead.
