We recently moved to Arizona and were so lucky to have Dr.Lietzke and team assist in ensuring our kitties were healthy, up to date on shots and had a easy transition on our 5 hour flight from NJ to AZ. It was a very stressful time for us but we are so thankful for Dr. Lietzke for checking in on us (I'm sorry I never got to call you back). Our cats traveled so well on the plane thanks to her, Dr.Slade and the rest of the team. They are all so thoughtful, caring and trusting. Me, my husband Jesse, Spumoni and Gelato thank you all for everything!

Not only did the staff kindly fit us in on short notice, but they made us feel welcome from the moment that we arrived in their office. Upon meeting Gary, Dr. Lietzke took her time collecting a full history, completing a thorough examination, and creating a treatment plan that addressed his specific needs. If not for her knowledge, expertise, and empathy we would have been lost navigating his care. Each time that we returned to the office with Gary, we felt confident knowing he was in the very best hands. Despite our best efforts to treat Gary’s underlying comorbidities (in addition to his initial injury), we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our sweet boy. Edgebrook Animal Hospital only showed us compassion, kindness, and understanding while we processed this loss. Dr. Lietzke additionally took the time to mail us a handwritten card sending her condolences, and checked in with us throughout our grieving process. She is an angel, and a true asset to this practice.

His knowledge, care, and compassion for the animals is beyond excellent, he always makes a way to see our pets when other hospitals wouldn’t see me, the staff is kind and caring, and I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!
