  Stopped by picking up my new phone the other day. Amanda (I hope I remember her name correctly) was very helpful, introduced me all the good deals with the plan. Recommended this place.

  Very disappointed in the way the owner was going to charge me 25.00 to set up a new phone at the DELRAN VERIZON. (in the millside shopping center, off of Haines mill road)I have been coming to the delran location for years, the money that I have spent at this location the least they can do is transfer my contacts, I went to mt laurel Verizon on young avenue next to barons restaurant, and they were wonderful employees very pleasant and didn’t charge me a DIME, why must people constantly try to take advantage of customers, we are already paying to much, I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO MOUNT LAUREL VERIZON FROM NOW ON, thanks Jason from mt laurel!!

  The girl there was nice i believe her names Amanda she welcomed me and I was ready to get a new phone but the store was so hot I had to leave i felt bad for the worker she looked like she was toughing through it but i have heart issues and that would have comprised my health i will come back in a day or two and talk to Amanda about my upgrade she has a warm and inviting personality even under stress ❤️

  I had a prepaid phone for quite a few years and was happy with that service. I inquired about going post paid, but for no more than a 20.00 increase including taxes. The rep sold me a package which included internet. The 5G internet box was not compatible with my area… But the shock came later. When I tried to return the box only partial refund was granted because I “tried” the service that did not work. Then when they tabulated the bill including the REMOVAL of a service, I ended up on contract paying 60.00 per month MORE than my original prepaid service! In addition to obtain the “discount with autopay” you MUST pay from a bank account ( which is cash) OR OPEN A VERIZON CREDIT CARD WITH ALL INTEREST AND FEES) the interest and fees equal the amount of the autopay discount so if you are late your discount gets eaten in fees and they hit your credit report! If you have comcast…. KEEP IT and let them add the extra lines for free… This was not a good deal! Not a good look in a tight economy where people are budget sensitive! Do better Delran! Thank you to the one sales person there with the crew cut that did not sell me snake oil! Thanks and I wish you much success. It’s a shame that this review is on your ribbon and not “D’s”
