    Went to get a health certificate for airline travel. The vet looked at my dog for 10 minutes then charged me over $300. I asked why the certificate (just a printed piece of paper) was over $200, and they told me it's just the way it is.

    If i could give this place a 0 I would. Their 24/7 assistance is a LIE. First time i needed emergency help, doc was on vacay. No vet on call. Second time months later, during a real emergency at 1AM doc said “I’m not in the office I can take her symptoms through the phone”. Was on my way there and had to turn around. Please if it’s a real emergency just take your pup somewhere else!

    Dr Maida and his team are extremely good with my dog, a large breed Labrador mix. During the pandemic they have modified their modus operandi to keep in running efficiently and still provide excellent service to their fur patients.
