They only want to take your money! I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken with the care my Pitbull received here. She was spayed at this clinic, and just two days later, her incision became badly infected due to poor stitching. When I called multiple times to get help, I was repeatedly told that the doctor “wasn’t in” and that they couldn’t provide care for her.
Because of their lack of concern, I had no choice but to take her to an emergency animal hospital — which cost me a fortune, on top of the emotional stress of seeing my dog in pain. When I confronted the clinic afterward, they told me that hypothetical even if my dog had passed away due to their negligence, I would still be required to pay for the membership until the policy term ended. Which I denied and they still had the nerve to call to bill me.
I requested to cancel due to the trauma me and my pet endured not only emotionally but financially and they said they would not cancel it and would take me to collection.
This kind of response is deceiving and heartless. They showed zero accountability or compassion for my pet’s suffering or the financial burden their mistake caused. I would never recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their animals. Please think twice before trusting them with your pet’s health.

Worst place ever! They don’t respect appointments And feel they can just cancel you without saying anything. If you get a certificate from a shelter to come see them you are not a priority to them. Find another vet and stay away from this one if you love your animals
