My wife was able to explain the situation, figure out the employee that was the issue, as well as discover and fix problems with the billing. Based on how this call was handled, we feel extremely satisfied with the resolution and confident that the issues we presented will be addressed internally. This kind of integrity is what we expected when we started our business with Verizon so we appreciate him restoring our faith. ***ORIGINAL POST BELOW*** The manager conned my wife into doing a trade-in that would keep our bill the same even though the phone we showed him was significantly damaged, but when we tried to give them the phone the next day his employees refused to accept it. We went back later to give it to the manager directly, who accepted the phone, but now weeks later there is no record that we returned anything so he essentially stole that phone from us and now we are stuck with a bill we were not expecting. I will never do business at this storefront again.
