The staff will barely address your problems with devices and then have you sit in store on hold for hours with remote customer service while they shock $70 plastic phone cases to the dumbest mark that stumbles in innocently looking for help. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Everything feels disorganized, overpriced, and unprofessional. I regret shopping here and would not recommend this store to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.
