    Troy is amazing. He helped us a soon as we came in and had to make a couple of trips for other reasons and later that day walked out with brand new iphone 17's. Ask for troy he is the man!!

    I stopped by this store after Verizon customer service told me I could pick up my Apple Watch at any location whenever I had time. Since my week’s packed, I asked if Sunday was fine and they said sure. I was already planning to leave Verizon, but the rep I talked to earlier was super nice and even got me some big discounts, so I decided to give it another shot. I came to the Cherry Hill store on Sunday, Oct 5, in the afternoon. Ashley helped me out and was awesome. She explained that she needed to call customer service so they could release the watch, which I didn’t know about. After being on the phone for over an hour, the manager came out. He’s this greasy, jacked, juiced out looking guy with a bad attitude. He started arguing with me, saying there was nothing they could do in the store. He got really loud, was condescending and cut me off. I asked him to just explain that to the rep on the phone since she was the one who sent me there. Instead, he got even more rude. At that point, I gently told the rep to go ahead and cancel the watch and phone orders because I was done. Less than an hour later, I went up the street to AT&T and not only got my bill lowered more than Verizon ever did, but I also found out about a 20% military discount I didn’t even know existed. They even hooked me up with the new iPhone 17 Pro Max on the spot. By the time the Eagles game ended, I had everything set up. It sucks to leave Verizon after all these years, but I’d rather go where I’m treated with respect. Verizon clearly doesn’t value their customers. The manager at this location was a total jerk who needs some serious customer service training or maybe a different job altogether. Ashley, if you’re reading this, I hope you go far. You’re great with people. That in itself is extremely valuable. You were the only bright spot in that whole experience. Everyone else, avoid this store like the plague when that manager’s on shift

    I do not recommend this store or Verizon. I had gone into the store, already a customer, for a new phone for my son. We didn't want to owe any money on the phone. We wanted to pay for phone in full that day. We transfered to a new carrier for many reasons. The new carrier offered to pay off our phones. We only knew we owed for 1. 2 months later we find out the guy who sold us the phone only charged us tax and it's too late to have the phone paid off. Verizon will not accept responsibility for their mistake. I had a witness who knew we didn't want to owe money on the phone. Be careful here you are not lied to!!
