Monthly payment for basically same coverage for cheaper monthly payments and 3 new phones as I have family members on my plan. Answered any questions that I had very concisely. All the while being patient and pleasant even though being a middle aged man I am not as up to speed on phones and any tech related issues. Helped transfer the service while keeping my current phone #. When I came in for a follow up, I saw him providing an elderly couple the same excellent customer service. Definitely want to shout him out for doing a great job working with me.
