Paul is who you need working at every location. My wife and I were so frustrated that we probably were not the easiest to deal with, But Paul handled the situation like an absolute pro!!!! My wife got a new phone and Paul has a new life long customer! Thank you “Pablo”!!!! You need a Paul in every Verizon store!
