    Brandon is the worst person I have ever encountered. Took my mother in this store two days after losing my father to sort out a phone issue. Customer service sent us here to pick up a phone after 3 weeks of not receiving it. He did not have order and refused to help after we asked for additional help with customer service. He said, and tell them what? He was rude, talked over us and laughed in my face as we left the store. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and terrible experience especially after disclosing such a personal matter. Brandon should lose his job and be ashamed of himself.

    Went in to update 2 phones and was happy with the results. Unfortunately I don’t remember the salesperson s name(I am terrible with remembering names 😂) but he was very helpful knowledgeable.
