    Michael was an incredible help. He is very knowledgeable and cares about customer satisfaction. He was extremely patient with my elderly mom. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend Michael!

    i was gunna switch to verizon untill i waited 2 hours to be seen with multiple people being see before me. do not come here. customer service sucks

    Horribly managed location. Came in for just some simple promo questions. There was one kid working the floor with one customer and said I was next. Actually apologized for the fact that there were others working who were just sitting out back. Told me to go grab a bite to eat and I’d get a text when it’s my turn. About 15 min later, I got the text telling me to return within 10 min or I’d lose my spot in line. Tossed the second half of my lunch and promptly returned only to wait another 20 min to see no one come out and the same kid still working the floor alone saying they should be out any second. Ran out of time and had to leave before I ever saw anyone else come out from the back.

    Awful experience, wanted to switch 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon, and I spent 3 hours of my life and still couldn’t get a simple quote. The guy that was helping me tried his very best but the systems at this store are pathetic, I uploaded my bill from my provider 9 times, I email, they toke a least 16 screen shots, the manager tried as well and still nothing, they said they will text me the quote - and 40 min later I still haven’t received. Really frustrating, specially when you trying to get them new business!
