The guy that was helping me tried his very best but the systems at this store are pathetic, I uploaded my bill from my provider 9 times, I email, they toke a least 16 screen shots, the manager tried as well and still nothing, they said they will text me the quote - and 40 min later I still haven’t received. Really frustrating, specially when you trying to get them new business!

I cannot say enough good things about this nice man. Still do not care Verizon (their high prices, etc.) but he made me think a bit differently today. Kudos to you Adrian!
