    Awful experience, wanted to switch 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon, and I spent 3 hours of my life and still couldn’t get a simple quote. The guy that was helping me tried his very best but the systems at this store are pathetic, I uploaded my bill from my provider 9 times, I email, they toke a least 16 screen shots, the manager tried as well and still nothing, they said they will text me the quote - and 40 min later I still haven’t received. Really frustrating, specially when you trying to get them new business!

    nothing better than waiting 30 minutes for a simple issue... maybe hire more people to wait on customers...and while your at it upgrade you service it sucks ...

    Generally, I do not like Verizon and switched several years ago. Today I went with an issue on a veteran's phone and Adrian was absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this nice man. Still do not care Verizon (their high prices, etc.) but he made me think a bit differently today. Kudos to you Adrian! Keep up the amazing customer service.
